In this lesson, I tell you about one of my favorite medicinal and edible plants, the Daylily. Most people just think of daylilies as ornamental flowers, but they have many medicinal uses, and every part of the plant is delicious and nutritious!

I just got some from another lady at church on Fri. and so I'm looking forward to springtime.
