Hey permies! I'm Daniel, a 23 year old hailing from Salt Spring Island, BC in Canada. On October 22nd I will be arriving in Eugene, Oregon with my bicycle and gear with the intent to ride through Oregon and California, and possibly into Mexico over a three month period. I'm interested in permaculture and farming in general and would love to see some of the operations in Oregon and California. I would like to do this in the Wooffing style, where I provide labour in exchange for room and board. I am hardworking, conscientious and have experience in organic farming and carpentry and construction (see my profile). I know a lot of farmers are sort of put off by Wooffers, and we had some at the farm I worked at on Salt Spring that were less than ideal, but I can promise I will be a positive addition to your farm, especially if given the chance to learn how your farm operates. I would be willing to work ~4 hours per day in exchange for room and board, and would willing to stay anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
