Coming soon! ...Putting out feelers ...I will have a tiny cabin available which consists of bedroom and sitting area.. or trailer site area without hook ups, shared house for kitchen and bath.

I am a 66 yr old EMF sensitive woman who is selectively seeking a property share person in SW OREGON, not the wet part but the beautiful forested area with grassy undergrowth, pines and junipers.. 40 acres, miles from towers.

I am EMF sensitive, cannot have cell phones, wi-fi, bluetooth, etc around me. I will have hard wired internet via Viasat dish set away from house.

Looking mostly for active and health conscious person who takes care of self who can contribute a bit to the property upkeep. run a few errands, etc...

Ideally, an easy going, quiet, garden loving, outdoorsy and simple life type person would be great

I prefer no indoor pets but have one horse and maybe a couple of barn cats,

Send me a PM :)

Please note: I need to communicate via internet rather than phone..

Thank you, DD

AVAILABLE AGAIN... FOR SURE!!!  : ) Explanation, I was buying last year, sale fell, I tried again this year and got it, so it is mine and am looking for the right share person, Male, female or Clydesdale,  prefer one who is builder based in skills, I would love to build a RMH or Walker stove, cob or other natural building experience for an add on to the place (currently has  my  singlewide and a dry guest house), beautiful,  private and peaceful, maturing orchard, 40 acres of nature and yards/grassy undergrowth among the pines and junipers, on grid with great well, but would like to set up solar too!
