How do you eat seaberries?

Last year I harvested a bunch of seaberries and ... they withered in the fridge and we ended up tossing them in the compost. This year we got a much smaller harvest, but my wife made ice cream with them. I don't think I've ever heard anyone suggest that before, but it's pretty good. It would be better with more berries/juice to flavor the custard, so hopefully next year we'll get a bunch again.

Anyway, if you harvest seaberries, how do you consume them?
