I planned to post anyway and point it is was a massive headache but I made all my posts on Patreon free. There’s a ton of useful Information. I plan to copy my article on making alcohol fuel with zero energy in the forum somewhere. I’m lousy at self promotion. Im an artist and I can pretty much build anything. I worked in special Effects for 46 years and helped design EuroDisney along with attractions at Universal and Vegas. I’m a concrete carving expert among other things. I think at my peak I had 16 YouTube followers after posting dozens of videos including the worlds first full length AI feature which I got attacked for making. So every knows I never got a single paid Patreon member and I have no web site so I use it to link videos I found and post articles. Everything I’m doing is pretty cutting edge. So you know the process for making 200 proof alcohol fuel is making first apple jack which requires freezing but if you do it in a northern state and use the cold to freeze it just run the wine, beer or hard cider through the apple jack process three times which should give you 85% alcohol. Next warm it to say a 160 degrees and mix in as much salt as it will hold. You need a separator but for small batches I use a pointed squeeze bottle turned upside down. Just shake it up and allow an hour for the water and alcohol to separate then squeeze the water out of the bottom. If you want to run Cars off it use a biodiesel separator for big batches and run it through a coffee filter to make sure nothing gets through but it’s a reliable process and low tech. If you can freeze the apple jack without a freezer it’s a zero energy process and the salt can be dried and reused. I started doing this so I could turn 70% alcohol into 100% for bunson burners. You do need to warm the mix so potentially there’s energy there. It won’t separate at room temperature. In the Patreon post I even give links to get a free ATF license to make up to 10,000 gallons for free. You can do 500,000+ gallons, basically no limit but you need a bond over 10,000. It’s incase you blow up the neighborhood by storing half a million gallons of alcohol😀 I was shocked how friendly it was given it’s alcohol. FYI, you need to add gasoline as in as you make it. They catch you with pure alcohol and they will fine the hell out of you. They say 5% but the real standard is they need to smell it. You start producing over 10,000 gallons they will visit you but they smell gasoline and they’ll just smile and give you a thumbs up. It’s all about tax.
