Plant ID - originally thinking Sweet Cicely then Dwarf Ginseng

Came across this plant during a walk today. Took the picture of it to help me identify it. I thought originally it was Sweet Cicely, but the leaves didn't look right. Dug through a local wildflower identification book, and then was thinking Dwarf Ginseng...but again the leaves don't look right...flower is striking. Anyone?

The flower does look like ginseng.

I have the same plant in my woods always have a look out for Gensen’s foliage is not right
