Canning up squash, as usual, and this one was just very photogenic, thought I'd share  :D
I liked it's shape and the color of it's flesh, and the seeds were just posing so I'd take their picture!
It's about to be canned up in chunks in apple juice with licorice root and Indian bay leaf (Taj Patta) in it.

That is a true beauty pearl!
I like the way the strands hold onto the seeds.

I took a picture of a disgusting pumpkin - it looked like a zombie pumpkin so not appropriate for this thread perhaps!
