Unfortunately that guitar seems to be non-functional — the tuning pegs don’t turn as they are glued in place, for one. I am also doubtful it is structurally sound for the tension that a working guitar requires.
In this video she claims it works as a banjo—I haven’t seen the entire thing but might be interesting to see. They use a lot of wheatpaste as glue.
I also think another promising material is pine bark or other tree barks—easily worked when wet, but sturdy and solid when dry, and with a good sound to them.
