Trevor Warmedahl. Seems like a cool dude, he's a nomadic cheesemaker. Fermentation seems to be a really good fit for me. Have not made cheese before, mostly have done kraut and veggies. Guy had a book I picked up at my local library.

That means he has to take the cheese and all its containers for fermenting etc. with him when he moves about so it must all be portable.
