I'm new to beekeeping and joined the Southern Tier Beekeeping club before I got my first hive last year.  The club is struggling to find speakers for our monthly meetings and has the funds to cover travel expenses, possibly pay a fee to bring speakers in.

Does anyone here have something to share about beekeeping, honey, or even things about native pollinators and ecology?

If so, please put together a proposal on what you'd like to talk about and let me know where you're coming from; and I will see if the club wants to give you a free trip to upstate New York.  I don't know that they would cover an expensive flight, but depending on how interested they are in your expertise, you never know.

Since you said you needed monthly meeting speakers, the  one that comes to mind that I find very good is Michael Bush. He does do speaking in bee meetings but he lives in Nebraska.  In my experience he is the only speaker worth his salt. However I have no idea how much "salt" he would require to go all the way to New York. He teaches natural beekeeping and he has a massive knowledge of beekeeping.  He has written a couple of books and I certainly practice his methods.  I've been at the hobby since a kid in the 1970s and what he speaks of i agree with. He is quite easy to contact. If you get him please put his lecture on YouTube. He has several there you can watch too.
