This video makes it look so yummy!

He gives his recipe for Taco Meat though I prefer mine:

Taco Meat

1 lb ground beef
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp dry minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup salsa or diced tomatoes, Mexican style
1 bouillon cube
1/2 cup water

Brown meat, add spices, bouillon, salsa, and water (if needed);
Simmer 15 minutes

Hi Anne!
Thanks for the video, I love my air fryer and this is the first taco recipe to cross my path. I can't wait to try these!  I appreciate you adding your taco seasoning recipe; my family will like it better. The one in the video seemed a little heavy-handed for 1 lb. of beef, especially the 3 tablespoons of cumin!
I don't use bouillon often, so I have a few questions. What does the the bouillon bring to the recipe?  I assume it's beef bouillon? Is it the standard cube from the grocery store? Do you add the water first or is it added as a spice?  Is it there for the salt content or deepening flavor?

Yes, beef bouillon.

I use beef bouillon in almost everything to add more flavor and often leave out the salt.

I just drop a cube into the meat mixture along with the other spices.

There is usually enough water in the mixture to dissolve the cube.
