I was just reading a few threads about additives in flour products.

I want to mention the retailers I am aware of, and invite others to do the same.

And issue a warning that shopping at sprouts and wholefoods doesn’t guarantee food quality or purity.

My trusted source is Pleasant Hill Grain. They sell a variety of whole grains, and food related appliances such as mills, blenders and mixers.
They sell grain packaged for long term storage.

They are located in Nebraska, which being relatively nearby for me, reduces carbon footprint and gives me lower shipping costs

Does anyone else have trusted sources and recommendations to share?

😊

I like this milling place. Some folks with gluten problems say they can eat this stuff.

Probably mostly for folks with more income than outgo though.
