The Landlord wants me to buy for him a micro tractor for the estate where I live .

No specifics that would translate to what is available there. Limited traction is usually the problem you have with these. You just don't have the weight you need to control a load or pull a tillage tool in challenging conditions.
How small does it need to be to physically fit where you need to use it?
What jobs do you need to do with it?
How many hills do you have? Do you need to pull up and down or across the hills or both?
Will it be used in mud and/or snow?
The general rule is buy one size bigger than you think you need as long as it will fit.

Zero hills ,no snow use probably not used in deep mud
To cut hay , 5 acre max ,maybe bailing also cut lawn ( )
Move wood/ kit about possibly pull stumps also possibly drive a tool for splitting logs / making wood chips .
