I am almost positive (which is about how positive I get giving people plant i.d. advice here on the web) that that is Jewelweed: Impatiens capensis. The juice/sap in the stems is good for nettle stings, poison ivy, etc, and the seeds (which jump out, giving the plant its other common name, Touch-Me-Not) are edible.

I can safely say that is Jewelweed. The leaf shape and coloration are fairly distinct as well as the slipper-like flower with the little curl at the end. Petal shape, coloring, etc. If you crush it, it should be a bit viscus. The plant is most notable as a medicinal remedy for the itch of poison ivy or stinging nettles.
