Selectively seeking a clean drama free person who is detail oriented, competent and who might be interested in this adventure... to share ideas, learn together and potentially be a short to long term property share person on my 40 acres in SW Oregon, I can supply the materials and equipment and we learn/build together, like minded is more important than experience though it would be helpful : ) Ideally you would love building and being creative, have an outside source of income or find local work and we could pick away at this over a summer for the fun of it and have a peaceful place to park your RV or such, or could maybe do the practice project as a tiny guest house : ) ...just fishing for ideas and compatibility right now..
