Sure, the pumpkin we don't mind slightly overcooked, so the pieces are a forkish size density, the red cabbage we want a bit luscious but no tough, we start the oil/ghee heating-just before smoking then pop in a mortared mash of garlic,salt,chilli and turmeric(optional)stirring that so no burning,then kwikstix in the pumpkin, then the cabbage ,lid on and it will be a fierce heat,( the pic still at beginning), so 3 mins in give a rigorous stir, lid on and keep an eye on it till you like it,
