Hello! I am new here! My name is Amy, 41 SWF, currently in Ohio. I am seeking a man to travel through this journey of life with. I am a down to earth woman that is creative, empathetic, very insightful and feels a deep connection with the earth. I am healthy, drug/alcohol free. I am not religious or political, but enjoy intellectual conversation. I am supportive, patient, loyal and love to learn. I tend to be energetic and enthusiastic about life in general! I am playful and love to explore!

I have been divorced for 3 years and have a teenage son. I share custody 50/50 with my ex and our relationship is cordial. I need to stay at my current location for 5 1/2 more years-until my son graduates. This is my first attempt at starting a conversation with a new potential partner. I am open to someone who finds themselves with children and is also starting a new chapter. I own my own home in a regular neighborhood and currently work a 9-5 in the heath care field.

While I am not currently “homesteading” I have had extensive experience in the past with running a business, gardening, canning, food preservation, chickens, ducks, sheep, cows, composting, soil health, small building projects, and much more. I would love to find someone who shares the desire to live a peaceful, minimalistic, rural life and build something beautiful together.

I am interested in conversations and building a slow connection at this time. I am open to relocation in the future with someone who shares similar values and vision. I would like to stay on the eastern side of the US. I am not intimidated by the idea of maintaining a long distance relationship for a period of time. I need a partner who provides emotional safety, clear communication and total transparency. A sense of humor is a plus!

If this sounds like you-please send me a message. Also, I would be happy to elaborate on my background, education, hobbies, etc.
Take care all!
