Our daughter built a solar grill with discarded parts we gathered. I helped her on it a bit, but largely, she did the project. She was really excited with the first test!

We hope to make a solar oven next.

It is a 36" wide x 24" tall Hughes Net satellite dish. Aluminum foil tape ($7 for a large roll at Harbor Freight) was our only expense in building the cooker. She is having fun with the cooker!
