Siberian Peashrub seeds for sale from my forest garden (2017 harvest)

I've several seeds collected from a bush in my son's yard.  What is the best way to get them to germinate?

I would like to buy some seeds if anyone has any available.

I've tried to start these seeds in Virginia in the wild - just buried into the soil, without any prep.  Didn't work so well.  I was hoping it would be as easy to propagate as Autumn Olive, but perhaps it does better in colder climates.
