Sorry to hear that. Do the CAD plans look complex? What are they modelling ?
I'm not sure where in the country you might be (I am in WA), but I would love to use your flow form moulds if you are finished with them. I'm about ready to buy some plastic rain-pants and have the family sit in dishes of wet cement, then finish shaping them before they are fully set. That would give me 4 unique flow forms.... Perhaps I'll ask you first about yours.
Hey guys, go to flowform.net

Tpeters - Research cavity pumps. They use a spiral lift (similar to the way an Archimedes screw works) and are inexpensive. Don’t forget solar for power and using copper pipe. Plastic will kill the water.
And based upon Victor Schauberger’s designs you can insert fins in straight copper pipe to insure that water flows in a spiral in the pipe. You might also consider a vortex (inverted cone) shaped pond into which the flow form sends it’s water and making the last flow form enter tangentially and parallel to the pond edge to make the water spiral in the pond as well.
