I'm wondering what people would recommend as a good overview
video about
Sepp Holzer's
land. Meaning topics like the evolution of his current systems on his land, what his objectives of various sorts have been, his interpretation of his successes and remaining challenges, etc.
I'm coming to the topic from having lived for 30 years on an organic hillside-bench homestead in a mountain valley - a forested area, inland, and not too far north of the US border. I'm curious about Holzer's land stwardship, of course, but also the productivity of his efforts in human terms as well. What range of foods and building materials he provides from his place, ease or difficulty or harvesting, how he provides (or doesn't) for his household's income needs from the productivity of his systems, etc.
I'm already open-minded and have copies of the
early Mollison & Holmgren
books.
I'm not interested in three- or five-minute extremely superficial vids with just nice words and pictures. But I'd be happy to watch
good brief videos first and to learn about more in-depth ones (or video series) to watch after. I'm not limiting my furure interest nor willingness to explore beyond free vids. Please, then, recommend either short or long. Thanks.
