I have a low growing flowering plant I am wondering what it is sort of looks like a clover family plant but not sure oval leaves wider at base

and a tree that I was wondering about so far only about 4 feet tall wide leaves that I do not recognize

top plant is self heal, prunella vulgaris, also known as heal all.

second i am not sure at all, it has a look similar to a kiwi vine.

I had not thought to taste it! Thank you, it sounds useful , I was just enjoying the flowers . I will have to taste it and see if it would be a usefull addition to the kitchen
