Mark's Jug of Pure, Restoration Ag Water

Does anyone have any clue as to why Mark Shepard gives video tours of his farm with a milk-jug full of water.

I have seen two separate videos where he has this thing. At some points he puts the jug behind his neck, so I thought he might have some sort of neck cramp all the time.

Alas, I am confounded.
Maybe you have to walk a few acres with a jug of water to figure out why.

My neighbor does the same thing. If you are going to buy bottled water--you can pay 1.99 for a pint or .88 for a gallon.

I'm not convinced that he's drinking it. I have yet to see him take a sip.
A weight of sorts?

My personal opinion is that if he didn't have the jug of water he would have problems with gravity and might hover or fly away.

I remember growing up, seeing my Granddad with a big jug of water ,wherever he went on his ranch in South Dakota.
