Joel Salatin and a Weston Price influenced nutritionist debate a Vegan physician and clinical researcher and his the (also vegan) founder of Farm Sanctuary on the future of food. Submitted primarily for entertainment value though I guess the premise "Don't eat anything with a Face" or "Animal Rights" more broadly could be an ethics debate and a half. One I personally don't expect to wade too deeply into.
