Hopefully the video embeds. But since I can't get enough of Skeeter here is Michael Pulaski discussing his backyard garden. I watched several videos featuring him. Common themes you will hear are: "closed canopy", "biological diversity", and "creating biomass.". I hope this can be an inspiration for new gardeners.

I get a big kick out of Skeeter. Such energy, and such encyclopedic plant knowledge!
I want to grow stuff in his manner, but first I need to learn an awful lot more about plant identification.

I love the way he presents an "aw, shucks, just the first year, not much here" garden that has more productivity in it than most gardens ever get!
