The audio is a bit bad. But I did what I could with my crappy video camera. Maddy was so fun to interview!

It's a pity the audio is being so difficult. This sounded like a great conversation. Probably my favorite comment (that I was able to pick up on) was how we could all be eating 12,000 things instead of 12. This is so true. That's traditionally kinda been our greatest strength as a species. We can eat damn near anything and we know how to cook.

I know the audio is bad. But I did what I could with what I had.

Not wanting to give you extra work to do, Cassie, but subtitles would be extremely useful here. The ambient noise is so loud sometimes that even turning up the volume doesn't make it easier to understand. As you were there, you are unfortunately the only one who can do a good job on the subtitles. I'd love to know more about what Maddy had to say!
