It does not look like the wood ears that I have seen, but I can't confirm or deny positively.

Darn! I'd Really love it to be woods ear, Clouds ear, or Judahs ear(I think its all the same mushroom but I cannot be certain.) Fortunately if they are edible I have roughly 2 acres worth of deadwood infested with them!

Looked them up on wiki(Wiki) they described a few different Auricularia(jelly types) and the closest description to mine are Auricularia cornea, but I dont have a microscope to check the spore, So IDK?
