Suebelle Sapote tree size

Can anybody tell me the approximate mature size of a Suebelle sapote tree? I know that sapotes in general can get fairly large, and have read that Suebelle is the varietal that is most appropriate in size for a home garden, but can't really find any info about the actual size of the tree (only a very broad range of 15 to 60 feet, which doesn't really help!). I'm in an area where it will get some frost, which I presume will help keep the size down somewhat. Thanks!

Emilie, I don't know if this helps but the California Rare Fruit Growers fact sheet says that the Suebelle cultivar is "Medium, for home culture" which I take to be a comment on the tree size. They give the species size as "15 to 50" feet, so "medium" in that range suggests maybe 20-25 feet? Hard to see how home cultivation would be practical taller than that! A six foot person halfway up a 12 foot stepladder with a 10-foot fruit picker can reach to what, 22 feet?
