Hi!

I've got a Siberian Crabapple tree growing in my back yard - at least I think thats what it is.  I assume they're edible.  Does anyone have any recipies for these at all?  They're like really tiny, sour apples...

Some crab apples(like the native ones here(malus fusca))taste better after they "blet"which means leaving them until they turn mushy and taste like fermented applesause.mmm

If you have a steam juicer you can make wonderful crabapple jelly. Very tasty on bread or with pork dishes.
