The solar siphoning pump system is the main thing that looks new about this--I've never seen that. I think that would be useful for my pond situation for fish pond--but of course there's the lack of dissolved water issue...

It looks interesting. Based on the photos available it seems like more of a concept. It reminds me of intershelter domes which are also a portable, functional dwelling, made of mystery composite material. Pretty useful for a lot of applications. I read somewhere that the intershelter is 19,000 for the bigger unit.
