Help us look for land in Watauga County NC !

We are looking for a land in Watauga NC - around 1-3 acres not much . we need it ready with residential permits , water electricity & all if possible .
We are from overseas and this land will be an investment , we would like to rent it too to interested residents .

Any help , or direction or advice - please share!

Hey Bash. I went to college there @ ASU and recently sold some land and a house I built on it on the edge of Watauga County.

Thank you Christ ! I think we have to look elsewhere , as I've read somewhere that North Carolina has some rules against foreign buyers . I do appreciate your help

Don't think North Carolina has any rules about foreign buyers specifically maybe if you don't plan to live on the property at all I live in Ashe County it's about 30 minutes from Watauga we have people here from Britain India Mexico all property owners and you're probably going to find property cheaper than Watauga basically any of the surrounding counties would probably be cheaper on property and you would still have access 2 Watauga and by cheaper I don't mean just a little you're probably looking at 3x the price in Watauga vs say Ashe but I suppose it's all about what you're looking for

Forgot to mention that just in case I'm wrong about North Carolina if you're interested in Tennessee Johnson County is only about 30 minutes from Watauga if you could find property on the state line on 421 it would be more like 20 minutes
