Hi everyone,
I am looking to try and ferment coconut yogurt or kefir for the first time. I am sensitive to dairy and yeast kills my gut. Does anyone have recommendations for me on how to ferment with a minimum of yeast? Are some foods better than others to limit yeast? Are water or milk grains better to use?
Thanks!
