I recently got to interview Joel Salatin at a Farm and Food Expo.  In regards to Joel's latest book, The Marvelous Pigness of a Pig, I asked Joel to talk about what the conversation starter is for opening the dialogue between the environmentalist community and the Christian community to achieve what should a common goal of biological farm practices and sound Earth stewardship.  Here is Joel's comments on the subject:
