Can anyone identify what these leaf spots are?  I just bought an asian pear tree and when the leaves opened they had these spots on them. 

Also if anyone knows what is wrong with the weird shriveled twig next to the leaf that would also be a huge help!  I suspect that I might have to return this pear tree to the nursery.

I can't see the picture - just a big black box.

Fireblight is a common serious issue for pears, you might want to check that possibility.

Oh that's weird.  Maybe I don't have enough posts yet to  post pictures?  I can see it fine on my end.  Basically they look like yellow bumps with black dots in the middle.  Kind of like the tree has acne
