Thanks for the awesome site.  Spent quite a bit of time browsing.  I am from central indiana and am wanting to develop a way of using a single solar heater in two different configurations.

First i want to build a down draft solar dehydrator.  where it goes through the collector, down through your product, then back up the back wall as exhaust.

However i would like to build it in a way that during the winter when i dont really have anything to dehydrate i can disconnect the collector and attach it to a box that goes in my window where it will draw from floor level inside my garage go through the solar collector then exhaust into the garage.   this will add free heat into the space and minimize the amount of heat i have to put into it myself.

having never seen a solar heater or dehydrator in person i am going strictly on youtube videos and google photos.

Build it solar is a great resource, hope somebody has it archived!
