This is so relevant to the situation on my land - we have two seasonal creeks that flood with approximately 120 acre feet of water ( approx 39 million gallons) per hour passing through the lower part of the land. I'm really interested to see how you will deal with the flash floods at your project!

That is probably more feasible for us. We've only been able to afford one infiltration basin built with earth-moving equipment. The rest has to be done by hand probably.
