They also are a permaculture site. Maker space inside, permaculture and life cycle analysis tied in. I have a lot of quesitons, but even if this is really high embodied energy, if it's as cheap to live in(net zero in Michigan) as it claims and has composting toilet, it could be a good option for temporary housing while you're building a more permanent straw bale home or something.
