I have purchased my yurt & am working on preparing the land near Springfield to put it up. I'm happy to be here & hopefully meet some like-minded new folks!

Sounds exciting !  

Wondering if that is a yurt kit you are putting up or custom/own design/build?

I have always been fascinated by yurts since seeing movies/documentaries from life in Mongolia. If they can keep warm in them there they should be good anywhere , seems to me !

Good luck with your site prep and first summer in the yurt !

Wondering, did this project get completed? I'm in west plains and I am looking at yurts as a possibility for our intentional community.
