miniNaturalists at the Gardens
10:00 AM    Fort Missoula Native Plant Garden

Description:

The summer-time version of our popular preschool program, the "miniNaturalists at the Gardens" program engages youngsters in the exploration of the natural world through fun hands-on activities, games and play in a native plant garden setting. Emphasis is on observation, sensory skills and imagination in hopes of cultivating a positive connection with nature at an age when children are just beginning to explore the world around them.

Date: Thursday, July 14 & 28
Time: 10am-11am
Location: Fort Missoula Native Plant Gardens (under the big silver water tower at Ft Missoula).
Cost: Admission per child for this program is $1 for MNHC members; $3 for non-members.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Best for ages 2-5.
