Aquaponics Brook trout harvest

Good morning
We've been busy kicking names and taking asses.
Here is Saturday: Moving massive logs into arroyo to deflect runoff off road by the Pecos river.
Sunday Nell and I did a deep cleaning on the kitchen moving the stove and refrigerator cleaning the floor and walls behind those, well yuck. It's always shocking what is back there, but it is shinning now.
This morning after not feeding the trout for two days I netted ~20 fatties.

It's hard to say, but I'll guess there are 30 trout still in there. We're nearly out of food so I want to harvest them all in the next few days. Time to clear out the freezer, boy howdy!
I try to be respectful of this gift of homegrown fish when I harvest, but it still bothers me to harvest the animals that we keep. Anyway be warned, graphic images to follow.
The main fish tank is 2600 gallons and it is connected to our dinning room by French doors. We enjoy having so much life and water within reach of our home. I haven't seen many homes with indoor ponds, so we feel pretty unique in that regard. I built the pond during a two year drought four yearws ago, because nothing says flee, like a terrible forest fire season. Water saved us, calmed us and we're blessed with a productive system.
I've built a 30 gallon fish transport tank that has a filter and air bubbler that runs off the car cigarette lighter socket. We transporting fish over mountains that reach 9000 feet above sea level, so keeping them in oxygen is super important.

Good morning
Thank you for the kind words.
I guess I need to take some fresh pictures of the aquaponics system. These are from three months ago.

Where did you get your fingerlings from? When I looked into it you need a 2 acre pond just to be considered acceptable for fingerlings in this state.

I go to Colorado to the NM certified wildlife.state.nm.us/fishing/fish-vendors River Bend Trout Farm just over the border to the north. I don't think they normally sell fingerlings as they stock ponds normally, but the guys are very nice to talk to if you can get them on the phone.
