One caveat:

That was with my big loud gas-sucking professional saw. Using the electric saws I would say more like 30 min, using hand tools would probably take someone around an hour if you're including the time to cut one log into three logs.

Those woodburned hearts gave me an idea - Since the benches are spots to sit and ponder it would be pretty cool to burn in inspirational permaculture quotes or definitions of permaculture terms/concepts. It would also tie them in with the signage and other wood burned art around the property.

Unfortunately I have to say the two saws are in completely different leagues. The electric saw is at best equivalent to my climbing saw and the chainsaw I brought to the lab only has one model that's larger. A good way of judging the power of a chainsaw is to see what the recommended longest bar length is. If it can handle a longer bar it has more power and can cut larger wood or cut the same size wood faster. The electric isn't recommended for bars longer than 14" where as the 661 is rated for a 36" bar... Maybe if you had the solar cart set up and were using the plug in electric saw that stihl makes you would get equivalent times due to saving time not having to start the saw, or gas it.
