This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Building.

When you take over an older property, there are often many deferred maintenance issues.  Let's replace that door that's been bugging you!

Minimum requirements:
  - Replace a door slab (the part that swings)
  - Removing, rebuilding, refinishing and reinstalling counts

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The old door slab
  - The new/rebuilt door slab ready to go in
         - Close up details if it was rebuilt/refinished
  - Old door removed
  - New door slab installed
