I have lots of ground venison to use up so I am thinking about buying a Jerky Gun to make jerky.  There are so many choice and prices.

Lem has been a reliable brand for me. Enough that i would be confident to just buy it. But.... i have never used a jerky gun before.

Sometimes the answer is nothing
