That's a great price! Maybe post some pictures or a link to MLS number or redfin?

We haven't put it on the market yet, we are cleaning up and doing some work inside still. Wanted to give a permie first chance. If you are interested contact me. Also there is the other thread with some of the work we have done on the garden. We plan to put it on the market in a few months then the price will go up. We will also change things for the market to increase sales appeal. so get in early we may consider more work being done. With a payout at sale.

Here are some preliminary pics. It's the one mark 447k. Has two drive way entrances, property is sloped with the garden in back with best sun exposure. Many large trees with nice canopy.

We have 2 miniature horses, with fencing and hay barn for the animals. There is also electric fence, and more area to be fenced for a total of one acre of garden and animal pasture. We have had several offers but are still taking offers. Not many urban areas with this amout of land, and house size. There is the possibility of a rentable unit if permitted as a ADU. Looks like we may have a solid buyer, just waiting for all of the paperwork on the offer. Now it's going to be where are we going to move. We just looked at a few homes in the Chelan, Wenatchee area. But it seems to be a little slim for homes 200k-250k. We have 40 acres but it is too far from family. So we are looking at City and country properties, we may look at building not sure now. We are also entertaining possible farther north. The adventure continues.

Several more offers later and we have sold our house to a nice family for 280k. They are so happy about the garden and all the work we have done. so now on to looking at houses.
