Journaling as a stress release.

I found a few interesting articles in my inbox this morning and wanted to share.  I don't journal much, but I do keep a sporadic BuJo for times when I'm feeling overwhelmed.  It's more like a concentrated to-do list than a journal, but it helps.

how to get started journaling
benifits of journaling
more about journaling

Do you journal?

I always found journaling amazingly helpful for me, mentally and emotionally. I used to keep a prayer journal, which was me effectively blabbing to God about all the things I was going through and trying to puzzle out said things. I filled out multiple 200+ page notebooks that way...and then I had kids, and I haven't had a chance to write in 6 years. The stress of those years was immense, and made much worse by not having the time/aloneness to journal and work through the stress.

I think journaling is a often forgotten and undervalued tool, and highly suggest people try it if they haven't and if they have the ability.
