Fish Leather production - BBC

Interestingly the article claims that fish leather can be stronger than standard leather of the same thickness due to the interlocking nature of the fibers.

Very cool.
Ever since I learned about alligator far I've wanted a jacket made for 'gator far leather.
Funny that it could potentially displace cow leather.
