Full text of post in email

Howdy!

Is there a current setting or could there be a setting where the full text of a new post in a thread I am subscribed to can be sent in the alert email. Currently it says a new post has been put in so and so forumn. Instead, could there be the option of a new post is in so and so forumn and here is the full text, or first four lines of text or something
