Wry Neck in my Silkie

Hey folks.
Question.

So I came across my chicken this morning- her head was flipped upside down.
Been giving her some regular water, chlorophyll water, sunflower seeds and wheat.
She was getting better slowly throughout the day but right before i left for town her nose started bleeding. It's done now though.
And she laid an egg with some blood on it.
I've gotten my hands on some vitamin E supplement now to start giving her tonight.
If she sits in the corner and doesn't move she's fine but the moment she tries to walk she flips and goes a little loopy. She can stand no issues as she had a pretty big poop in her box today.

Is this recoverable? What are my chances of losing my bird?

I'm hearing things will be ok if I keep on it but I'm still pretty worried because she seemed to have been getting better and now things are going backwards. :(

Besides giving Vitamin E, you might get some brewer's yeast to give her.

Also feeding your chicks medicated feed can interfere with their thiamine (Vitamin B1) absorption. Adding some Brewer's Yeast, bran, sunflower seeds or wheat germ to their diet can help build up their B1 supply
