Perhaps it would be helpful to explain to what extent you mean "no EMFs." For some, that might mean that you live somewhere without cell reception, for others it might mean that you also eschew wifi, and for others still, it might mean that you incorporate faraday cages into your construction (I'm not kidding, and wire lathe for plaster was exactly that).
I hope you find the people you're looking for.
