Can someone help translate this for me?

Kickstarter fee
5% of total funds raised
Payment processing fees
3% + CA$ 0.20 per pledge
Pledges under CA$ 10 have a discounted micropledge fee of 5% + CA$ 0.05 per pledge



So, if people pledge under $10, I have to pay extra fees?  

This looks different than when I set up my last KS.

Looks similar to what I agreed to in Australia. When it was all added together in the end it worked out to be 10% for all fees combined.
 
Today's lesson is that you can't wear a jetpack AND a cape. I should have read this tiny ad:
